Important Business Associate Program Information:

It is the selling dealers’ responsibility to verify the customer purchasing the vehicle is employed by an eligible Business Associate company. Prior to beginning the sales process, the dealer should validate eligibility by matching the buyer’s' proof of employment with the company name listed on the Business Associate company listing on the dealer website (vehiclepurchaseprogram.nnanet.com). The dealer should verify the company name on the Claim Form once it is printed. In the event the proof of employment does not match the company name under which the Claim Form was generated, NNA will not be obligated to reimburse the dealer.

Customer should provide the VPP Claim Certificate for presentation to the dealership at the time of purchase. If the claim is not available at time of sales, dealer has 7 days from date of sale to receive the certificate. VPP Claim Certificates received/created after 7 days will not be accepted for dealer reimbursement.

The Business Associate Company may be the purchaser, but the Claim Form cannot be in a different company name.

All terms and conditions of NNA’s Official Contest & Incentive Rules shall apply. NNA reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke the Business Associate Program at any time for any reason. Program rules shall be solely interpreted by NNA, and it shall not be bound by any of its previous interpretations.
