I just wanted to email you and share my truly exceptional experience that I received from Tim Kaas and John Smith.

Tim Kaas is truly an exceptional sales consultant. I have purchased 5 vehicles from him to date and will continue to do so. If it was not for Tim Kaas I would not be part of the Thoroughbred Nissan family. He is truly a great asset to your company. Tim always goes above and beyond his call of duty to ensure that I fully understand all vehicles that I take liking to and also makes sure that I love what I'm going to buy.
